An agent’s open house is held for the property the week the listing comes out on the MLS system. An agent’s open house provides Realtors with the opportunity to preview the property right away, and in turn promote it to their clients.

Advertising is critical to ensure exposure to potential purchasers. I advertise all properties weekly in the globe and Mail in the prominent J&D column. In addition, I have a home promotional page on the World Wide Web, and an E-Mail address to respond to any computer inquiries on my listings.
