The bank rates continue their slow, begrudging downward trend. But everything counts in small amounts when you add them up. We are as of today able to offer a five year mortgage for 3.75% subject to qualification. In twenty years of brokering mortgages I have never seen rates so low as now. Whether you are buying, whether your mortgage is maturing now or in a year from now, call us to see if we can obtain this rate for you.
