What a great time to get in touch "Thanksgiving"

What better way to celbrate then Pumpkin Pie. Here is one of my favourit recipies!
1 Cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (12 ounce) Evaporated milk
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 can (15 ounce) pumkin (Not pumpkin pit mix)
1 9 inch unbacked prepared pir crust or homemade crust
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, stir together sugar, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. When these ingredients are well mixed, stir in eggs followed by the pumkin and evaporated milk. Transfer to pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, or until a toothpick inserted in the pie comes out clean. Cool before serving!
