First Time Buyers Seminar
My team and I held our first First Time Buyers Seminar yesterday evening and despite the weather, we had a great turnout!
I would like to Thank David Smith from Oriana Financial for providing our group with insightful information about how to imporve your credit score, the first processes of applying for a mortgage, how mortgages work and advice on saving money.
I would also like to thank Harold Sclodnick for joining us and enlightening the group about the legal aspect of Real Estate purchases including, how contracts work, tips and tricks on protecting yourself, and the legal steps of purchasing a property as well as options available only to First Time buyers such as Land Transfer Tax Refunds and using your RRSP's to help your down payment.
Most of all, I would like to Thank everyone who joined us last night. I hope that you found the evening light, enjoyable and also very informative.
