Grant Irwin has been part of the Carol Lome team for 5 years. He began his sales career in the toy industry. Needing a change after 25 years working in toys, Grant sought after real estate, and happily joined the team. In the past five years, Grant has been busy working with both sellers and buyers thoughout the city, and is comfortable with both the condo and reasale market. Grant has spent his life living in Toronto, he attended UCC and then went on to earn his MBA from McMaster University. He and his wife currently reside in Lytton Park and are the proud parents of 4 children.

Shandel Chakalall joined our team in 2010 as a Client Care Representative. After studying Philosophy and History at The University of Toronto, Shandel decided that a career in Real Estate would be the perfect job for her. She has now been in the Real Estate business for over three years working with both buyers and sellers in the Greater Toronto Area. Originally born in Trinidad, Shandel moved to Toronto as a young child and has remained in the city ever since. She and her husband currently reside in East York.
