TESTIMONIALS

I first met Grant and Carol at an open house.  I was welcomed with a genuine smile and treated with the upmost professionalism.  I left thinking that was exactly how I'd like potential buyers to be treated when I list my house.

I had a three year time horizon and a list of six or eight streets I was willing to move to.  Carol and Grant rose to the challenge, securing my new home and selling my existing home in just six weeks.

I loved the fact that Carol, Grant and Shandel work as a team.  There is always someone available to answer your call, schedule a home visit etc.  Grant was reassuring and encouraging at exactly the right times.  Carol's years of experience added real value both in estimating the price a home would sell for, and in closing the deal.

Valuable experience and professionalism. Carol and Grant have it in spades and I highly recommend them for buying or selling your next house.

It seems rare these days to find someone whose personal and professional demeanor is equally balanced with the endurance and commitment it can take to ensure a quality outcome.  For this reason, it is my pleasure to provide this testimonial for Grant Irwin and Carol Lome

I met Grant at an open house long before I was really ready to buy.  He listened to my situation, he kept in touch to find out what was appropriate, gave plenty of space when it was needed, and when I was ready to look seriously he took my particular challenge on and kept up the search until we found the right place for me – about 100 showings and a year and a half later.

I am a psychotherapist who works out of a home office.  I was in search of a property that needed to serve some very particular requirements; it had to be in the downtown area, easily accessible by transit, present well to clients – and have layout that would provide the necessary separation/privacy to support both my professional and personal requirements.  It also needed to have a separate apartment for rental income.  The available budget for this property was also quite modest by Toronto standards.

The patience, professionalism and good humour that Grant maintained in this (mission impossible) search was nothing short of award winning.  Especially impressive under the circumstances were the occasions where Grant and Carol talked me out of placing an offer on a house that they felt would ultimately bring me trouble.  They didn’t rush the process, or me. They kept the encouragement and the optimism up while keeping reality in perspective.

I am very appreciative of Grant’s enduring enthusiasm and commitment to satisfying my interests.  I recommend them to anyone looking to enjoy the process of finding and owning a home - especially a first-time buyer.

Thank you!
